I received speedy and immediate assistance from the Kale agent who assisted me through my home purchase. The property was previously on Contingency status but as a result of encouragement from my agent, I was able to put in an offer. My offer didn't just receive acceptance but the agent worked relentlessly with the seller agent until they were able to have only me as the prospective buyer on the house. I secured that business property within a calendar month of making the offer. That was amazing and unusual. Thanks again for the relentless effort of my agent from Kale Jessica Gilbert.
